MINI CORNDOG
Ingredients:
15 pcs mini sausage size ±5cm
1 cup Corn meal (Fits corn flour)
1 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
salt to taste
1 egg
1 cup milk
Wheat flour for the sausage coating
Cooking oil
Toothpick
How to make:
1. Mix dry ingredients, stir until smooth.
2. Mix eggs & milk, stir until smooth and
there are no lumps
3. Let the doughrest in the refrigerator
for 25 minutes
4. Prick the sausage with a toothpick
5. Coat the sausage with flour, then
coat with corn dog dough
6. Fry until golden brown
7. Ready to be served
