nasi kebuli ayam
Ingredients:
500 gr chicken, cut into 8-10
2 cups analog rice fits
1 onion, coarsely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 segment of ginger, crushed
2 tbsp tomato paste
400 ml chicken stock
100 ml liquid milk
2 tbsp garam masala
1 cinnamon stick
3 cardamoms
2 cloves
How to make:
Sauté the onions, garlic and ginger in a little oil until fragrant, add the garam masala and spices, stir-fry until cooked. Add chicken and tomato paste, cook until chicken changes color. Add stock and milk, cook until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
Take the chicken, set aside.
Reserving the remaining 2 cups of cooking water, heat until boiling.
Add 2 cups of Fits Analog Rice, stir until the water is completely absorbed and the rice is cooked.
Fry chicken kebuli, then serve with corn analog rice and pickles
