Brown sugar pudding with fla


Pudding Ingredients

1 pack of agar

750 ml low fat milk

200 gr powdered brown sugar

5 pandan leaves

Fla ingredients:

500ml water

200gr brown sugar powder

2 tbsp corn flour

2 pandan leaves

How to make:


Heat the milk until it boils, after it boils add the brown sugar, pandan leaves and agar agar powder. Stir until evenly distributed. Turn off the stove, pour the pudding mixture into the mold. let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. After 1 hour put in the refrigerator.


Heat the water until it boils, add the brown sugar powder and pandan leaves. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tbsp cold water. Enter the corn flour solution into the cooking water, stir until evenly distributed and the texture becomes thick. Turn off the stove and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. after that put it in the refrigerator. Pudding and fla ready to be served when it is cold.
