seafood fried rice

Ingredients:

2 plates of cooked rice fits

Chicken breast, cut into dice

2 spring onions, thinly sliced

1 onion, roughly chopped

2 tbsp fish sauce

2 tbsp cooking oil

1 egg, beaten

salt to taste

pepper powder to taste

Softened seasoning:

5 cloves of garlic

3 cloves of red onion

1 large red chili

1 tsp salt

How to make: 

  1. Heat the oil then add the onion and ground spices.
  2. Add chicken breast and scrambled eggs, saute until cooked
  3. Add rice, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper and scallions and mix well.
  4. After all the spices are evenly distributed, put the fried rice on a plate
  5. Add garnish (ex: crackers, cucumber, lettuce) 
  6. Fried rice is ready to be served
