seafood fried rice
Ingredients:
2 plates of cooked rice fits
Chicken breast, cut into dice
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 onion, roughly chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 egg, beaten
salt to taste
pepper powder to taste
Softened seasoning:
5 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of red onion
1 large red chili
1 tsp salt
How to make:
- Heat the oil then add the onion and ground spices.
- Add chicken breast and scrambled eggs, saute until cooked
- Add rice, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper and scallions and mix well.
- After all the spices are evenly distributed, put the fried rice on a plate
- Add garnish (ex: crackers, cucumber, lettuce)
- Fried rice is ready to be served
