SPAGHETTI PESTO
Ingredients:
3 rolls fits spaghetti or 100gr fits
spaghetti
1 chicken breast
Salt
Pepper powder
3 tbsp All-purpose Seasoning Flour
For Pesto Sauce:
20 gr spinach
25 g walnuts, roasted
2 garlics
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 lemon, take the water
Salt
Pepper
How to make :
– Boil spaghetti until cooked aldente or according to package directions. Lift and drain
– Pesto Sauce: Puree all the ingredients for the pesto sauce until smooth and even. Check the taste, set aside
– Coat the chicken with salt and pepper then roll it into the Versatile Seasoning Flour, fry in a little olive oil until browned, set aside
– In the same teflon add 1-2 tablespoons of pesto sauce and spaghetti. Stir well until all the sauce is mixed. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with fried chicken
